The quality we bring to your establishment starts long before you see our officers. Our pre-employment background process includes thorough vetting, criminal record checks, three verifiable references and an interview by our management team. Additionally, our personnel submit to a series of aptitude tests to assess verbal and math skills, vigilance, focus, concentration and personality. Successful candidates receive extensive in-service training in our systems, equipment, criminal law education, customer service, police defensive tactics, and are licensed.

Our approach involves a positive model of well-groomed, exceptionally trained, uniformed security officers. Our strategy entails several steps to mitigate opportunities for theft of property, or injury to person on property. The art of jujitsu is commonplace in our organization and has often been effective in deescalating volatile situations. However, law enforcement experience also allows for tactical approaches in the prevention of crime. All of our security officers are equipped with two-way radios or equivalent to ensure constant communication with our management team.

We pride ourselves on the appearance of our personnel, as they are representing our agency in your facilities. Dress options include, but not limited to:

• Full traditional security guard uniform

• Tactical uniform

• Business suit

• Plain clothes (if concealment or intelligence gathering is a goal)
